Pakistan has recognized that building a better business environment takes innovative government officials committed to exploring how they can improve the country's regulations. Jean-Paul Gauthier helped advance that goal from 2005-2007 by helping the Government of Sindh establish an Economic Reform Unit. Jean-Paul served as senior advisor on the World-Bank-supported effort.
